Customer Success Account Management Team Lead

At Microsoft, we're committed to empowering every person and organization on the planet to achieve more. As a Customer Success Account Management Team Lead, you'll play a critical role in driving customer success through leadership, strategic planning, and delivery of customer-facing programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team of Customer Success Account Managers (CSAMs) in varying stages of career development, cloud adoption, portfolio management, and cloud service management.
- Develop and execute customer success plans that drive business growth, customer adoption, and active usage of Microsoft products and services.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure close partnership and alignment with customer objectives.
- Coach and develop team members to support customer success through empowerment and accountability.
- Manage a repeatable and predictable business by prioritizing engagements to address agreed-upon customer outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Several years of customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience.
- Some years of people management experience and experience managing a consumption portfolio.
- English and French/German language proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Numerous years of relevant work experience within the customer industry.
- Some years of experience managing a team and leading by example to proactively develop relationships to further Microsoft's customer success goals.
