Customer Success Account Management Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team of Customer Success Account Managers (CSAMs) in varying stages of career development, cloud adoption, portfolio management, and technology trends.
  • Develop and execute customer success plans that drive repeatable and predictable business growth.
  • Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of customer success initiatives.
  • Stay current with industry and Microsoft technical insights to drive strategic planning and delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Several years of customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience.
  • Some years of people management experience and experience managing a consumption portfolio.
  • English and French/German language proficiency.
