We are seeking an experienced Out-Licensing Manager to join our Commercial Division at our HQ in Ticino.

The successful candidate will develop and execute licensing strategies to maximize revenue and market presence, identify potential licensing partners, and negotiate international distribution agreements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing licensing strategies to drive business growth
  • Negotiating partnerships with pharmaceutical companies
  • Collaborating with Business Development on in-licensing activities
  • Building relationships with industry influencers
  • Scouting and analyzing data relevant to the therapeutic setting
  • Preparing presentations for licensing and internal purposes

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant scientific or economic discipline, plus 3+ years of experience in Licensing, Business Development, Marketing, Sales, or Alliance Management. Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills are essential.

The estimated salary for this role is around 80,000 CHF per year, based on industry standards and location.

This is a full-time position with a competitive benefits package.
