**Your Role**

As a key member of our sales team, you will empower construction teams with AI-driven tools for seamless communication, task management, and reporting. With a front-line worker-first mindset, ease of use, and quick time-to-value, we set ourselves apart from other construction management software.

  • Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling Benetics into mid-market accounts and within an assigned geographical or vertical market.
  • You will handle the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business, while expanding existing accounts.
  • Identify, target, and engage with construction contractors who can benefit from our software solution.
  • Collaborate with the product, marketing, and customer success to ensure successful implementation and long-term satisfaction of our customers.

**Requirements**

  • [required] Your A-Game: Strong pipeline generation skills, comfortable cold calling and drafting compelling outbound messaging in a fast-paced environment.
  • [required] Native German language skills.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within the construction space, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • A customer-first mentality—building long-term relationships and becoming a trusted customer advisor.
