Job Description
We are seeking a Compliance Assistant to join our Legal & Compliance Department. As a key member of our Monitoring Team, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough analysis and validation of cash and security transfers from a compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) perspective.
- Performing due diligence analysis and gathering additional information from an AML perspective.
- Reviewing high-risk transactions and identifying potential compliance issues.
- Participating in regulatory projects and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Analyzing and validating cash and security transfers from an international sanctions perspective.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Law or Economics (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interest in the financial industry and regulatory environment.
- Excellent command of English and French (German is an asset).
- Strong analytical and methodological skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
