Controlling Business Partner for Healthcare Operations

As the leader of the Healthcare Operations Controlling Team in Aubonne, you will be responsible for managing all areas of financial responsibility, including financial reporting and forecasting, operations analysis, resource allocation, business cases, capital expenditure planning, controlling and compliance for the company's Healthcare Aubonne site.
As a Controlling Business Partner, you will serve as an integral part of the site leadership team, providing fact-based analyses and recommendations on strategic and operational matters. You will also drive standardization, simplification, and efficiency within the financial function by continuously improving and implementing common financial processes and practices across the organization.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in finance or a related discipline;
- At least 5 years' experience in manufacturing controlling, ideally previously as Site Controlling Head;
- Solid knowledge on product costing and ideally already some experience in Biotech;
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment, comfortable to challenge senior business partners and capable of gaining commitment and coordinated action for initiatives by applying strong communication skills;
- Advanced usage of SAP, TM1, MCloud and SAP BI;
- Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Excel and Power Point, Power BI);
- Fluent in English, French skills are an asset.
