About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Compliance Department as a Deputy Compliance Officer. In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting reviews of Financial Institutions' files, conducting enhanced due diligence, and drafting risk assessments. You'll also provide support and advice to our Front line and management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct reviews of Financial Institutions' files, focusing on AML/CTF aspects
  • Perform enhanced due diligence, including in-depth clarifications and risk assessments
  • Draft internal memos and presentations to support decision-making
  • Provide expert advice and support to our Front line and management teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Laws or Economics
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the financial industry
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss banking and financial laws, particularly AML regulations
  • Excellent analytical and methodological skills
  • Very good writing and communication skills in French and English (additional languages an asset)
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Proactivity and ability to prioritize tasks and manage high workloads
