Compliance Administrative Coordinator

As a key member of the Compliance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the Group Head of Compliance and the Compliance department, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize meetings and appointments, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Attend meetings, take notes, and prepare initial drafts of minutes for validation.
- Manage the Compliance Department's roadmap and retro planning, ensuring timely updates and progress tracking.
- Handle the Compliance Department's mailbox, responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Proofread and edit communications, presentations, and documents in English, French, and German, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare letters and other correspondences as needed.
- Perform a wide range of administrative and support tasks, ensuring the Compliance Department's operations run smoothly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of service and diplomacy.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with sound judgment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Fluency in English and French, with excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative function, preferably in the tech or banking/financial services industry.
