Job Title: Compliance Officer

Swissquote is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our Onboarding Corporate Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our clients' accounts and maintaining our high standards of compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct due diligence on account opening requests, reviewing client files for AML/CTF and sanction compliance.
  • Review tax compliance aspects, including FATCA and CRS, within the account opening process.
  • Draft internal memos and contribute to the development of procedures to optimize internal processes and guidelines.
  • Participate in key regulatory projects and review client account modification requests.
  • Provide support and advice to the Front line and management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Laws, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the financial industry.
  • Certificate in collective investment schemes is a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of Swiss AML laws and other regulations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
