Job Title: Collaborative Electronics Specialist: RF Systems

At CERN, we are seeking an Electronics Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of RF systems. The successful candidate will work closely with our RF and Machine Protection teams to design, build, and qualify the electronics for a critical protection system.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and testing analog-digital electronic circuits and systems, as well as expertise in instrumentation and measurement techniques. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C, as well as knowledge of FPGA-based electronics, is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and test electronic circuits and systems
  • Collaborate with the RF and Machine Protection teams
  • Develop and qualify the electronics for the protection system
