Job Description

Your Responsibilities

CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research, is seeking a skilled Electronics Production Specialist to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly of PCBs for radiation testing, ensuring their optimal performance and readiness for testing tasks.

You will also support the development of a new hardware platform for radiation measurements and assist in the development of testbenches and electronic cards to interact with the new platform.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and experience with PCB assembly and soldering. You will also be proficient in prototyping machine operation and basic electronics testing.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this position, you must be a national of a CERN member state and have a maximum of two years of professional experience since graduation in Electronics technician (or a related field). You must also have a general secondary education diploma and not have had a CERN fellow or graduate contract before.
