Electronics Specialist for Radiation Testing and Development

About the RoleWe are seeking an Electronics Specialist to join our team responsible for electronics production and radiation testing. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our mission by developing new hardware platforms and testbenches.
Salary and BenefitsThe monthly stipend for this position is approximately 4569 Swiss Francs (net of tax). In addition to the salary, we offer comprehensive health insurance, membership in the CERN Pension Fund, and paid leave.
Job DescriptionAs an Electronics Specialist, you will be involved in:
- Hands-on work with PCB prototyping machines and ensuring their optimal performance.
- Supporting the development of new hardware platforms for radiation measurements.
- Assisting in the development of testbenches and electronic cards to interact with the new platform.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A general secondary education diploma and maximum two years of professional experience in Electronics technician or a related field since graduation.
- Fluent English language skills, with French being an advantage.
