Electronics Systems Designer

About the Role
CERN is seeking a highly skilled Electronics Systems Designer to join our team. As an expert in electronics systems, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing electronic systems for various applications.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and develop electronic systems for sensor integration and measurement applications.
- Implement instrumentation solutions for signal conditioning and data acquisition.
- Perform signal processing, filtering, and analysis to extract meaningful information from raw data.
- Design PCBs and schematics using CAD tools and participate in prototyping and testing of measurement systems and devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of sensors and instrumentation in the test setup.
Requirements
- Proficiency in signal processing techniques and tools (MATLAB, LabVIEW, Python, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital signal processing, including filtering, amplification, and noise reduction techniques.
- Hands-on experience with data acquisition systems and instrumentation hardware.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug electronic systems.
