Group HR Partner and Compensation Manager

As a Group HR Partner and Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the company's HR strategy and implementing policies that drive business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic HR guidance to senior management and business leaders, ensuring that HR practices are aligned with the company's overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive growth.
- Provide expert HR guidance to senior management and business leaders on HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with local HR teams to ensure consistent HR practices across the Group.
- Design and implement compensation and benefits programs that meet short-term and long-term objectives.
- Monitor and manage the annual performance cycles and ensure proper execution.
- Review and assess global benefits, including pension plans, to enhance competitiveness, fairness, and cost efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends through surveys and benchmarks, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Master's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or a lower degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience collaborating with leadership to implement process improvements, policies, and HR programs.
- International HR experience, including navigating employment laws, regulations, training, and HR best practices.
- Extensive expertise in Compensation & Benefits, with exposure to international environments.
- Ability to influence and advocate at all organizational levels, with a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Experience in capturing metrics and producing HR reports.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision in a matrix environment.
- Strong presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Previous experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Fluency in English and French.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Willingness to travel at least three times per year.
