Job Title: Group Consolidation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Consolidation Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely submission of monthly financial accounts and review financial data reported by affiliates.
  • Prepare and submit consolidated monthly statutory financial accounts in accordance with German GAAP.
  • Maintain a strong internal control environment and ensure accurate and transparent financial reporting.
  • Analyze financial accounts and provide management with clear and meaningful information on significant movements and deviations.
  • Lead the statutory audit process and manage relationships with auditors and subsidiaries.
  • Prepare consolidated annual group financial statements and group budget.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting or Accounting diploma.
  • 3+ years of experience in consolidating group statutory accounts as per German GAAP in a complex international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of German GAAP and Swiss GAAP.
  • Excellent communication skills and proactive mindset.
