Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Manager to join our team. As a Talent Manager, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, including the selection and onboarding of new consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the market.
- Manage the entire selection process, including interviews and assessments.
- Provide coaching and training to consultants to help them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that recruitment efforts are aligned with business objectives.
- Assess training and coaching needs to improve effectiveness and design career plans.
- Coordinate with the Barcelona team to ensure seamless execution of recruitment activities.
- Develop and implement local HR action plans that align with global principles and business objectives.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required to support the company's growth and development.
