About the Role:
Stranger Soccer is seeking an experienced business professional to lead the launch and operation of our business in Geneva. As a License Owner, you will be responsible for bringing our brand and business to life in this exciting market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and lead a small team of professionals to kick off the operation
- Identify and secure prime slots at football venues to run Stranger Soccer games
- Develop and execute creative sales and marketing strategies to engage customers
- Oversee a schedule of games, ensuring customers are delighted with each game they play
- Collaborate with the Singapore headquarters operations and technology team to ensure success
Requirements:
- A strong business background, ideally in management and customer service
- An entrepreneurial spirit and passion for football
- Ability to drive business growth and scale the Stranger Soccer brand
- Strong communication and leadership skills
