Your Key Responsibilities- Cultivate and expand our existing customer base while identifying new business opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategies, including sales trips and telemarketing campaigns, to drive business growth
- Represent our hotel at local events and conferences, showcasing our services and building relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct market analyses, identify trends, and create actionable plans to drive business success
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with event, congress, and incentive agencies to secure group and event bookings
- Relevant professional experience in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of the hotel industry and its challenges
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in German and English, with additional language skills an advantage
