Your Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and expand our existing customer base while identifying new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, including sales trips and telemarketing campaigns, to drive business growth
  • Represent our hotel at local events and conferences, showcasing our services and building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Conduct market analyses, identify trends, and create actionable plans to drive business success
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with event, congress, and incentive agencies to secure group and event bookings
Your Profile
  • Relevant professional experience in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of the hotel industry and its challenges
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficient in German and English, with additional language skills an advantage
