Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Oversee and coordinate complex calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling and timely responses to conflicting requests and time zone differences.
  • Meeting and Travel Arrangements: Arrange business meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements, including last-minute changes and cancellations.
  • Communication and Liaison: Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, international business partners, and colleagues, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
  • Document Management: Handle and maintain confidential documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including expense management, invoice processing, and miscellaneous tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Completed commercial education, with a certification in Executive Assistance as a plus.
  • Experience: At least five years of experience in a comparable role, preferably supporting a CFO, with a proven track record in fast-paced and multicultural environments.
  • Language Skills: Business fluency in English is essential, with additional languages considered an asset.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, as well as experience with SAP and a general aptitude for IT.
  • Personal Qualities: Diligent, process-oriented, reliable, and adaptable, with a team-oriented, collaborative, and flexible approach.
