Administrative Office Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Office Coordinator at FE fundinfo. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth experience for employees and clients in our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Office Management: Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for employees and clients, overseeing reception, visitor management, telephone operation, meeting room management, and IT equipment.
- Administrative Support: Assist the team with travel and event bookings, credit card management, invoice processing, and expense reports.
- Mail and Supply Management: Process incoming and outgoing mail, manage courier deliveries, and oversee office supplies, catering, advertising materials, and petty cash.
- Supplier and Facility Management: Manage relationships with suppliers and facilities, ensuring efficient operations.
- HR Support: Collaborate with the HR team on employee onboarding and offboarding, as well as project management tasks like workplace safety.
- Experience: Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in office software and applications.
- Language: Fluent in German and English (C1 level).
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
