We are seeking an experienced Project Management Document Coordinator to join our team in Zurich. This role is a unique opportunity to work with international clients across various sectors, including real estate, infrastructure, and natural resources.
The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing document control systems, strong IT skills, and excellent communication abilities. They will be responsible for providing project governance, auditing, and administrative support to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and processes.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of document management systems and the ability to train new users. They will also be skilled in presenting to groups and delivering training in various mediums. Fluency in English is required, and a minimum B2 German language level is preferred.
This is a full-time position that offers exciting tasks and projects with large, international clients. You will work independently within a dynamic environment and have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through international training opportunities.
