Key Responsibilities:- Support the team with administrative tasks, such as document processing and data entry.
- Partner with Relationship Managers to manage day-to-day business, including client onboarding and account management.
- Respond to client inquiries via email or phone, providing timely and accurate solutions.
- Perform account openings, closures, and other documentation tasks, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare for client meetings and events, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Monitor client portfolios, handle client orders in the absence of Relationship Managers, and manage asset maturities and corporate actions.
- Maintain knowledge of internal and external policies, including FATCA, AML, MiFID, and other regulations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Completed apprenticeship in the banking sector.
- 2 years of practical experience as an Assistant in Private Banking.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with knowledge of Avaloq being an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to weigh problems and set priorities.
- Strong work ethics, integrity, and high levels of accountability.
- Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluency in German and English.
J. Safra Sarasin offers a competitive salary range of CHF 60,000 - 80,000 per year, depending on experience.
