Job Description

As a Customer Service Specialist at J. Safra Sarasin, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a high-end banking experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, such as document processing and data entry.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers to manage day-to-day business, including client onboarding and account management.
  • Respond to client inquiries via email or phone, providing timely and accurate solutions.
  • Perform account openings, closures, and other documentation tasks, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare for client meetings and events, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Monitor client portfolios, handle client orders in the absence of Relationship Managers, and manage asset maturities and corporate actions.
  • Maintain knowledge of internal and external policies, including FATCA, AML, MiFID, and other regulations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Completed apprenticeship in the banking sector.
  • 2 years of practical experience as an Assistant in Private Banking.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with knowledge of Avaloq being an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to weigh problems and set priorities.
  • Strong work ethics, integrity, and high levels of accountability.
  • Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluency in German and English.
What We Offer

J. Safra Sarasin offers a competitive salary range of CHF 60,000 - 80,000 per year, depending on experience.
