About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team and help us establish and maintain trusting long-term relationships with our existing and potential clients in the crypto space.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients in the institutional, ultra-high net worth individual, and family office segments.
- Acquire new clients in designated markets while adhering to cross-border regulations.
- Conduct sales and consulting in the field of crypto-financial services, including brokerage, trading, custody, lending, and staking.
- Recognize potential growth areas and expand the client portfolio.
- Develop and execute business strategies for specific client segments, including sales campaigns, client events, and other business development efforts.
- Initiate and lead client outreach efforts, focusing on product sales and increasing upselling opportunities to targeted clients.
- Provide high-quality support services to meet the needs, goals, and expectations of clients and prospects, including gathering feedback and market intelligence to help further develop the services portfolio.
- Handle and onboard prospects in close coordination with Legal & Compliance, ensuring an efficient and smooth due diligence process.
- Participate in various (crypto)-finance related events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or further education in banking, finance, business administration, economics, or finance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in the Swiss financial sector.
- Established client network base within the relevant segment, with the potential to further build and grow your own client book.
- In-depth understanding of crypto and good connections in the crypto community.
- Solid understanding of Compliance functions and Swiss AML regulations.
- Motivated, dedicated, and responsible personality with strong team-player attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
- Passion for excellence, change, and effectiveness.
- Excellent verbal and written language skills in German and English, with other languages being an advantage.
