Overview
We are looking for a strategic partner lead to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. As a key player in developing our strategy consulting business in the DACH region, you will be responsible for nurturing your personal network and acquiring new client engagements.

Responsibilities
- Developing and executing strategies to drive growth in the DACH region
- Nurturing personal networks and acquiring new client engagements
- Leading and developing management consultants on and off projects
- Creating impact for clients through transformation and innovation
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience from a strategy consulting firm
- Minimum 5 years as a partner in strategy consulting
- Relevant master's degree with excellent results
- Fluency in written and spoken German (C1)
