Salary: We offer a highly competitive salary of approximately CHF 80,000 - CHF 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Job Description:
- As Regional Support Manager, you will serve as the first point of contact for senior management, handling incoming calls and emails, and providing full administration support.
- You will be responsible for extensive agenda management, including arranging meetings, preparing related documentation, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Your duties will also include preparing monthly business expenses, ensuring communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and following up on projects and daily business.
- In addition, you will be responsible for organizing internal and external meetings, taking minutes, and supporting the Business Management Team by handling specific projects or topics concerning the region.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- You should have at least 10 years of experience as a personal assistant working for senior management, preferably within banking and financial services.
- Experience in business management or support would be a strong plus.
- You should have a high standard of spoken and written English, French, Italian, Spanish, and/or Portuguese, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Candidates should be able to work with demanding internal and external stakeholders, possess strong team player skills, and be able to multi-task and prioritize to meet tight deadlines.
- You should also have the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle issues of sensitive nature with tact and discretion.
- A resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate to Switzerland is a requirement.
