Asap: Two Caregivers-companion Ladies

We are seeking two kind, responsible, and experienced Caregivers/ Companion Ladies o provide full-time, live-in elderly care assistance in a rota position 4-3 days every week. The lady is 80 years old.
**Start date**: ASAP
**Schedule**: This position requires Monday early in the morning to Thursday night and Thursday night to Monday morning
Main duties
- Assisting with daily personal care, bathing and dressing
- Medication reminders.
- Provide companionship and engage in light activities and conversations.
- Monitoring health and well-being, reporting concerns as needed.
- Prepare and serve breakfast and cook healthy meals for lunch and dinner.
- Walking/ambulating/exercise assistance
- Errands and shopping when necessary.
- Travel to the family home in Gstaad for around two or three weeks during winter.
- In charge of making the bed and maintaining the lady's bedroom and bathroom clean and organised. There is a cleaning lady who comes every morning to clean the rest of the house but when necessary assist with general household chores
- Prepare the meals.

**Requirements**:

- Swiss/EU Passport or Swiss working permit
- Previous experience taking care of elderly people
- Written references that we can validate.
- Cooking skills for healthy family meals.
- Able to help with the household chores
- A compassionate and patient personality.
- Fluent in English. French is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to the lady's needs and schedule
- A clean driving license is an advantage
- Available to work live-in
