Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Product Owner with expertise in securities settlement and knowledge of related regulations to join our esteemed team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and maintenance of our proprietary banking technology platform.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful projects and products, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of Scrum and agile software development methodologies is a must.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring seamless alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop a product vision and roadmap that supports the organization's strategic direction.
- Oversee test strategy definition, execution, and automation to guarantee high product quality.
- Act as the third level of support, ensuring effective incident management through resource mobilization and team coordination.
To be considered for this position, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience in securities settlement and knowledge of related regulations.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in managing application and digital solution delivery.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL language, REST protocols, and communication buses such as Kafka.
- Ability to effectively interact with stakeholders, experts, and external third parties in French and English.
The salary for this position is approximately CHF 120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
