Job Description:
As a Chief Digital Transformation Officer, you will lead and execute complex strategic initiatives, influence organizational design, and manage cost-effectiveness to support the long-term goals of a leading banking services provider.
You will be responsible for developing and driving the strategic agenda for the Technology & Operations organization, ensuring alignment with group-wide ambitions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading cross-departmental initiatives, including the formulation of strategies and multi-year transformation roadmaps in collaboration with department heads.
- Shaping the target operating model (including organizational structure and processes) to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the unit.
- Implementing and managing cost control measures and strategies to maximize value and return on investment.
- Evaluating and integrating emerging trends and technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Acting as a change agent, promoting and guiding the adoption of new methods and practices across T&O teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent academic/work experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in consulting, financial services, or a related field, with a strong preference for experience in wealth management.
- Proven experience in IT strategy development, organizational design, target operating model definition, and cost management.
- Strong analytical and structured approach, with the ability to synthesize complex topics and communicate them effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel, with a strong ability to create compelling presentations and reports.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
