About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our Finance team. As a key member of our Development department, you will be responsible for building the best Private Banking IT platform on the market.

You will work closely with experienced engineers using modern frameworks to develop new components and maintain existing applications. Your contribution will be essential in promoting and sharing software development best practices across the team.

  • Develop JAVA containerized microservices with Springboot/Quarkus and use messaging and event streaming services such as Kafka.
  • Corrective/evolutionary maintenance of existing applications and participation in their migration to SpringBoot.
  • Use of CI/CD and APM tools to monitor and improve application performance.
  • Participation in the various testing and production phases of developed solutions.
  • Ensure that code, tests, and documentation comply with quality and automation standards.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that the solution is properly integrated into the platform.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science (or equivalent).
  • Sound interest in software development, design, and implementation of distributed architectures.
  • Experience in JAVA/Spring Boot backend development and relational/non-relational databases will be appreciated.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good analytical mind and capacity for abstraction, enabling you to identify and explain the problem before thinking about solutions.
  • Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
