Our investment house provides discretionary and advisory portfolio management, wealth services, and custody, as well as asset management services and investment strategies through Lombard Odier Investment Managers.
Our Technology and Operations unit (T&O) plays a crucial role in supporting our business operations. The Collaboration team within this unit is responsible for messaging and collaboration systems for all employees, including Microsoft Exchange On-Premise and Cloud infrastructure.
As a Microsoft Exchange Engineer at Lombard Odier, you will be part of a dynamic team of 4 engineers with strong technical skills. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and reliable Microsoft Exchange infrastructure for over 5000 mailboxes, spread across more than 30 servers in our offices.
Your tasks will include selecting and configuring Exchange systems, routing protocols, Outlook clients, archives, and journaling. You will maintain project documentation and deliverables, engage with peers from various teams, and liaise regularly with our Service Desk team to identify and resolve issues related to your scope of intervention.
You will also develop training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure maximum adoption and utilization of our systems. Additionally, you will provide prompt and efficient technical support to resolve user issues and inquiries.
We are looking for a skilled professional with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Key skills and qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Exchange and Office 365, particularly MS Exchange On-Line, good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID & Active Directory for user management and security, ability to conduct projects, tasks, and troubleshooting independently with precision, and proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite for various tasks.
