**The Opportunity**:
We seek a proactive, highly organized Event Manager/Administrator who will serve as the critical liaison between our team and clients, helping to bring event and production concepts to life. In this role, you will oversee all operational processes, ensuring exceptional service so that each event is delivered at the highest level, leaving guests with lasting impressions of their experience at Louder Hub.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Conduct initial consultations, discuss event concepts in detail, draft proposals, and finalize rental agreements.
- **Technical Coordination and Venue Setup**: Organize and oversee venue adaptation to meet event requirements and ensure that all technical equipment is fully operational.
- **Event Management**: Coordinate all stages of event execution, manage teams and contractors, and resolve any issues that arise during preparation and throughout the event.
- **Financial Reporting and Contract Oversight**: Prepare budgets and proposals, track expenses, and maintain accurate financial records for each project.
- **Client Relationship Development**: Maintain ongoing communication with clients, gather feedback, work on service improvements, and build long-term partnerships.
- **Marketing and Client Expansion**: Contribute to Louder Hub’s strategic promotion, attract new clients, and expand the client base through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrates energy, initiative, and enthusiasm for every type of event, from intimate conferences to large-scale concerts.
- Brings proven experience in event management.
- Has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and provide customized solutions for clients.
- Is results-oriented, excels in multitasking, and prioritizes effectively.
- Seeks growth opportunities and the chance to contribute to the strategic development of Louder Hub, with a view toward joining the management team.
- Has a strong interest in creative fields such as music.
