Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Intern to join our Human Resources department as of January 2024. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Human Resources team with administrative tasks related to employees' documentation, such as filing, digitalizing information, issuing reference letters and contracts, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Human Resources team with administrative tasks related to employees' documentation
- Help scheduling interviews for our current recruiting processes
- Support our ongoing projects, while participating in meetings and discussions with the different stakeholders involved
- Help optimizing existing processes and document them
- Act as a Viking ambassador when interacting with other employees and/or candidates
- Support our Reception team, welcoming our Head Office visitors
Key Qualifications
- Fluency in English, verbally and in writing
- Curious and eager to learn how a global cruise line is organized and what is expected from the Human Resources department
- Positive personality and ability to work in a multi-cultural team
- Solid computer skills, especially in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Education
- Currently attending a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of tourism or hospitality or have recently obtained one
