Internship Opportunity

We are seeking an administrative intern to join our Payroll department. As an intern, you will be surrounded by colleagues who will share their extensive Payroll expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Payroll manager in various tasks
  • Declaration prior to hiring
  • Employees registration and de-registration
  • Reporting of social security absences to the health and foresight insurances
  • Follow-up daily allowances
  • Relation with insurances (CPAM, Foresight, Health insurance, France Travail...)
  • Management of terminations
  • Updating HR/payroll policies
  • Support for Social Watch
  • Support for time management

Key Qualifications

  • You are fluent in French and English, verbally and in writing (both languages are mandatory)
  • You have gained first knowledge within the Payroll field
  • You have a positive personality and like to work in a multi-cultural team
  • You have solid computer skills, especially in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Nice to Have Qualifications

  • Education in Tourism, Economics, Business Administration, HR, or Payroll-related areas
