As a Business Development Executive at rready, you will play a key part in driving new business opportunities, funnelling management, and demand generation. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the world of innovation.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone with a track record of exceeding sales quotas, excellent communication skills, and experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales. You should have a strong network and be passionate about sales, love a challenge, and thrive in dynamic environments.

  • Drive New Business Opportunities: Inspire companies to maximize employee-driven innovation through rready's platform, generating and nurturing leads through networking, inbound strategies, and outbound campaigns.
  • Funnel Management & Demand Generation: Manage a dynamic sales funnel, from lead generation to conversion, using strategic funnel management and demand generation techniques.
  • Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets: As a true 'quota crusher,' aim to exceed expectations and drive impressive results through your experience in sales, pipeline management, and data-driven demand generation.

The successful candidate will work closely with our sales, customer success, and marketing teams to keep feedback loops strong. They will provide insights to help us improve our product offerings and processes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on innovation-/idea management sector.
  • A track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • English proficiency (German or other languages is a plus).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot, outreach tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
  • A startup mindset - adaptable, self-motivated, and eager to grow with us.
  • Suitable for remote work within Europe or a Swiss work permit (B) for Zurich-based employees.

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
