About the Role

The Global Data Digital Technology Division within Takeda is seeking a skilled Digital Patient Services Enablement Lead to develop a patient-centric technology foundation, enabling personalized patient experiences and driving improved outcomes.

This role will involve building a platform of trusted partners, delivering digital and data-driven solutions to empower patients and healthcare providers.

  • Act as a single point of contact for Patient Services solutions, accountable for delivery and strategy.
  • Develop and drive a roadmap for relevant products and solutions, focusing on harmonization, reusability, and standardization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and deliver synergies, driving adoption and business value.
  • Lead the delivery of high-quality products, ensuring alignment with business priorities and operational KPI targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive a patient-centric technology vision, aligning with business objectives and priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
  • Lead the development of a patient services roadmap, focusing on innovation, agility, and customer experience.
  • Drive business value through the delivery of high-quality products and solutions, ensuring alignment with business priorities and operational KPI targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in patient services, digital transformation, and technology strategy.
  • Strong understanding of current technology trends, software development lifecycle, and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
