Planted ist mehr als ein köstliches Produkt - es ist auch eine Einstellung. Wir wollen die Art und Weise, wie Fleisch wahrgenommen und konsumiert wird, radikal verändern und einen Wechsel vom Verzehr tierischer zu dem pflanzlicher Proteine anregen.

**Deine Mission**:

- Wareneingangskontrolle nach Qualitätsstandards zur Sicherstellung der Rückverfolgbarkeit.
- Durchführung regelmässiger Bestandskontrollen und Inventuren auf wöchentlicher/monatlicher Basis.
- Überprüfung der Effizienz, Einhaltung der Qualität und Optimierung des Lagerlayouts.
- Sicherstellung der korrekten und pünktlichen Versorgung der Produktion mit den benötigten Waren (Interne Palettenbewegung für die Produktion).
- Verwaltung der IFCO-Lieferungen gemäss dem festgelegten Prozess.
- Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit, Ordnung und Sicherheit im Lager.
- Inhaber:in und Manager:in des "Abfall Konzeptes" in Kemptthal.
- Aktive Einführung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsinitiativen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Teamleiter und den Mitarbeitenden.
- Be
- und Entladung von LKWs.
- Verwalten von Hilfs
- & Reinigungsmaterial (Auffüllen in der Produktion und Bestandes Führung inkl. Bestellungen).

**Zusätzliche Aufgaben**:

- ERP-Buchungen für Auslieferungen (später auch gesamte Abwicklung der ERP-Buchungen).
- Erstellen von Versandpapieren für Abholungen (Übergabe an LKW-Fahrer und Upload in diverse Logistiksysteme). Vertretung von Mitarbeitenden bei Urlaub/Krankheit; Planung und Abholung aller Rohstoffe aus externen Lagern.

**Du**:

- hast Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelindustrie in den Bereichen Produktion/Logistik/Back-Office-Unterstützung.
- bist sehr gut organisiert, präzise und methodisch.
- verfügst über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten - Deutsch A2 als Minimum, Englisch ist ein Bonus.
- hast gute Teamfähigkeiten und arbeitest lösungsorientiert.
