- ** Lab Technician (M/F/d)** you will support the Delivery Systems team of the Taste & Wellbeing division with practical work in our labs and pilot plant in Givaudan's Innovation Center. You will formulate, blend, emulsify and dry flavor and food ingredients. You will be based in Kemptthal in our innovation center. You will be part of a supportive, diverse and responsible team which is already curious to meet you.**This role is Kemptthal in our Innovation Center.**

**You will**:

- Operate encapsulation equipment and analytical devices to run experiments, characterize products and perform stability tests to support short and long term research, commercial innovation and operations
- Develop experimental plans
- Contribute to project planning of research methods
- Summarize and interpret test results, present conclusions for project discussions and presentations
- Lead simple project activities
- Maintain lab infrastructure, manage stock of raw materials, packaging material and spare parts to keep infrastructure operational
- Participate in Innovation Communities and use room for trying out own ideas and experiments to propose related activities

**You have**:

- A completed apprenticeship as: lab technician, food or beverage technician, pharma-assistant or simular (Laborant, Drogist, Lebensmitteltechnologe, Brauer)
- +1 year knowledge and experience in process technology (blending, emulsifying and drying) and analytical methods used in the flavour, food or related industries
- Practical working skills and the enthusiasm for hands-on activities (running tests and experiments, operating, cleaning, maintaining pilot plant and pilot plant equipment)
- An entrepreneurial spirit, are able to think out of the box and develop and explore new and unprecedented routes towards technical solutions
- Good oral and written English language skills
- The ability to communicate and collaborate in a multicultural environment as a team player
- The desire to be an agile learner
