**Wir sind Plante**d. **Nach Jahren der Forschung wurde Planted im Juli 2019 als Spin-off der ETH Zürich gegründet. Unser Ziel ist es, die Welt besser zu machen. Mit einem revolutionären Plan: Fleisch aus Pflanzen.

Planted ist mehr als ein köstliches Produkt - es ist auch eine Einstellung. Wir wollen die Art und Weise, wie Fleisch wahrgenommen und konsumiert wird, radikal verändern und einen Wechsel vom Verzehr tierischer zu dem pflanzlicher Proteine anregen.

Wir bewirken Veränderung. Nicht nur, weil wir können. Weil wir müssen. Willst du ein Teil davon sein?
**Deine Mission**:

- Du unterstützt bei Produkt-Marketing Projekten: von der Forschung (in Zusammenarbeit mit F&E) über Design/Verpackung bis hin zur Umsetzung.
- Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team Marketing-Kommunikations-Toolkits für unsere Produkte und Produkteinführungen, einschliesslich lokaler Anpassungen.
- Du führst Marktstudien (quantitativ und qualitativ) in Zusammenarbeit mit F&E durch.
- Du entwickelst Produkt-Kommunikationspläne, die bei Konsumenten und Chefs Anklang finden.
- Du bist Projektmanagement Profi und koordinierst selbstständig interne und externe Stakeholder in Projekten im Bereich Produkt Management und kommunizierst proaktive über laufende Initiativen. Auch die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Agenturen gehört dazu.
- Du übernimmst operative Verantwortung und pflegst das Produktportfolio. Ständige Verbesserung und Optimierung ist das Ziel.
- Du beobachtest Trends, führst Portfolio
- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch und leitest Massnahmen oder einen Aktionsplan ab.

**Du**:

- hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Marketing oder Marktforschung
- bringst Berufserfahrung im Produkt Marketing mit
- kennst dich in der Welt von Produkt Marketing sehr gut aus und verstehst es, den Konsumenten genau das Produkt anzubieten, was sie sich wünschen
- weist Projektmanagement Erfahrung auf und bist es gewohnt eigenständig zu arbeiten
- orientierst dich in Bezug auf Produktentwicklung klar auf die Trends und Bedürfnisse der Konsumenten
- bringst starke analytische Fähigkeiten mit und kannst gut mit Daten umgehen und diese interpretieren
- bist stilsicher in Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
