Planted is more than a delicious product - it’s also an attitude. We want to radically change the way people consume and perceive meat. And to trigger a switch from eating animal
- to plant-based proteins.

We are making a change. Not only because we can. But because we have to. Do you want to be a part of it?

**Your mission**:

- You ensure that our co-manufacturing partners produce according to our specifications.
- You support the Head of Global Manufacturing in building and maintaining strong and mutually beneficial partnerships with our co-manufacturers.
- You are in the lead of searching, evaluating and onboarding new co-packers
- You closely work with processing, packaging and quality operations at national/international partners for successful implementation of co-manufacturing steps in line with Planted specifications.
- You establish information flows and manage the day-to-day communications with co-manufacturers
- You align interfaces between internal and external manufacturing.
- You create, track and communicate KPI’s for the co-manufacturing sites.
- You identify, escalate, and participate in the resolution of business-critical issues affecting compliance, quality and operations and organize audits of co-manufacturers.
- You coordinate the implementation of new products and processes at our co-manufacturers

**You**:

- have a higher education specialized in food manufacturing, food packaging or food technology.
- have further education in economics, management, purchasing, or alike would be an advantage.
- have 3+ years of work experience in industrial food production and packaging in the field of Manufacturing, R&D, QM/QA, SCM, Raw Material Purchasing, or Project Management.
- have a solid understanding of manufacturing and packaging processes in the food industry with a focus on meat products, meat alternatives, or convenience food.
- have a proven track record in partnership/relationship management
- can excite partners about our products with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- have the ability to manage and organize multiple projects
- are willing to travel to different manufacturing sites across Europe
- are fluent in German and English, good French skills
- have a valid work permit for Switzerland
