- As a Consumer & Sensory Insights Manager in Kemptthal, you will work with the global leader in the creation of Taste & Wellbeing and an essential member of our Taste & Wellbeing Regional Marketing team focusing on the exciting Central Europe region while being based in one of our Central Europe offices: Zürich (Switzerland), Malmö (Sweden), Dortmund (Germany) or Milano (Italy).- You will report to the Marketing Director of Central-Europe.**You will**:

- Build CSI regional and local strategy linked to our strategy, identifying growth opportunities and gaps from a consumer needs and sensory market dynamics perspective across all food experience categories
- Identify innovation needs in the CE region from a consumer preferences and sensory market dynamics perspective and ensure that the latest insights, CSI methodologies, and smart tools are used in the region and local markets where relevant
- Lead CSI support for customer briefs by conducting local consumer testing or working directly with the CSI Europe Sensory Insights team for projects requiring sensory descriptive/discrimination work
- Present CSI capabilities & know-how to customers and train local teams to provide an understanding of CSI capabilities and keep the team updated on new CSI enablers & insights
- Connect to different partners to share regional CSI perspectives and work together on the projects and you will build a network with the local CSI community, universities, and market research agencies
- Facilitate communication between countries and departments to ensure transfer of best practice.
- Conduct relevant statistical analysis, interpret results, write reports and provide results, interpretation and guidance to internal and external customers

- A University degree in Food Science, Consumer Sciences, Sensory Science, Market Research or a relevant discipline
- 8-10 years of consumer and sensory insights expert in foods, beverages in B2C or B2B
- Experienced on how to translate Sensory and Consumer insights into commercial propositions
- Excellent Project management experience
- Demonstrated proficiency and leadership in project management and in research and product development environment
- Experience on Social Listening: qualitative and quantitative and knowledge on Social Media principles
- 3+ years of experience in Fizz and XLstat
- An understanding of consumer and sensory insights tools and industry trends
- Excellent oral and written proficiency in the English language and one Central European local language (German, Italian or Swedish)
- Willingness to travel
