**Deine Mission**:

- Du fungierst als operative Ansprechperson für Lohnhersteller, pflegst die Beziehungen mit ihnen und stellst die Einhaltung von Qualitäts
- und Servicestandards sicher.
- Du führst Verhandlungen über Preise, Produktionskapazitäten und Serviceniveaus.
- Du erstellst und überwachst KPIs für Lohnfertigungsstandorte und etablierst ein regelmässiges Leistungsreporting.
- Du verfolgst Budget/Ist-Werte im Vergleich zu den Kapazitäten der Lohnhersteller und identifizierst Engpässe sowie Wachstumsmöglichkeiten um strategische Skalierungs-, Konsolidierungs
- und Beendigungsentscheidungen zu ermöglichen.
- Du verwaltest die Bestandskontrolle und koordinierst Materialänderungen für Rezept-, Prozess
- oder Designaktualisierungen.
- Du identifizierst und löst Produktions-, Liefer
- und Qualitätsprobleme.
- Du arbeitest mit der Qualitätssicherung, F&E und Operations zusammen, um Standards zu halten und neue Produkteinführungen zu unterstützen.
- Du unterstützt bei Versuchen und Erstfabrikationen neuer Produkte bei Lohnherstellern, um die Ausführung im Hinblick auf den Gesamtzeitplan und die wichtigsten Projektziele zu gewährleisten.
- Du treibst kontinuierliche Verbesserungen in den Bereichen Qualität, Effizienz, Kosten und Margen voran und standardisierst Prozesse im Zusammenhang mit der externen Fertigung.
- Du verwaltest vertragliche Vereinbarungen, nimmst an jährlichen Lieferantenprüfungen teil und bist verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung und den Unterhalt des Lieferantenbeziehungsmanagement-Tools.
- Du treibst die EDI-Anbindung von den Lohnherstellern zu unserem ERP-System voran.
- Du stellst sicher, dass die Prozesse der Lohnhersteller reibungslos in die ein
- und ausgehende Lieferkette integriert werden.

**Du**:

- Du hast ein Studium in Lebensmittelwissenschaft/-technologie oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften abgeschlossen oder eine Lehre (KV oder Lebensmitteltechnolog:in) sowie eine Weiterbildung (Beschaffung oder Betriebswirtschaft) absolviert.
- Hast mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Beschaffung, Produktion oder Supply Chain Management im FMCG-Sektor.
- Hast Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, mit kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmethoden und bist vertraut mit ERP-Systemen.
- Bringst aussergewöhnliche analytische, kollaborative, kommunikative Fähigkeiten und eine ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz mit.
- Bist eine hands-on sowie teamorientierte Persönlichkeit, die Initiative ergreifen kann, starke Beziehungen aufbaut und Partner:innen für unsere Produkte begeistert.
- Bist bereit, zu Fertigungsstätten zu reisen, sprichst fliessend Deutsch und Englisch und besitzt eine gültige Arbeitserlaubnis für die Schweiz.
