**Digital and Transformation Program Manager**:
As Digital and Transformation Program Manager you will develop the strategic vision that leads to Taste and Wellbeing's future manufacturing processes and equipment and ensure this vision is embedded in the Operation's business plans through tangible execution plans.

Additionally you will ensure the appropriate future process and equipment developments are accomplished to fulfil our needs of Operations. You will be based in Kemptthal and report directly to the Head of Operations Taste and Wellbeing (T&W).

**You will**:
**Manage T&W Digital Innovation Portfolio**
- Develop a innovation management framework (Innovation projects funnel)
- Lead the governance around innovation projects in T&W OPS
- Manage a small budget to allow fast trialing and proof of concepts realization
- Ensure that innovation developments are ready to be implemented and realized across the production footprint
- Align the innovation effort with the partners from IM&T, F&B, GBS-CoE and represent Ops in digital-related projects / governance bodies
- Support the strategic master programs for T&W OPS
- Manage the portfolio of innovation projects and ensure inside-out and outside-in view of innovation in OPS T&W

**Promote Digital Innovation across OPS T&W**
- Collaborate with outside innovation partners such as suppliers, universities, and startups
- Partner with F&B Factory V.2, GBS-CoE, ManEx and IM&T to use innovation coming from across entire business
- Bring ideas from T&W sites (grass roots ideas) to global governance and leverage on best practices
- Facilitate automation and digitisation task forces

**Manage Digital Strategy**
- Develop the digital and innovation strategy for OPS T&W 2030, aligned with the OPS strategy
- Build internal digital network (pilots, sandboxes, people)
- Establish factory of the future (ideal state)
- Together with ManEx and CoE ENG, develop automation and robotics road map for all T&W sites

**You have**:

- Master's Degree in Engineering
- Proficient in English, additional languages are an advantage
- 10 plus years of experience in an Innovation or Development role in similar industry
- Expert in Project management
- Experience working with diverse cultures and multidiscipline specialists
- Enthusiast about making an impact in matrix organizations
- Good knowledge of food or chemical production
- Proficient in innovation management methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, SCRUM, Hackathons
