- Fancy something new? Want to take your HR career to the next level? Look no further Givaudan is seeking an HR Manager / HR Business Partner to join our vibrant team in Kemptthal. This is not an average HR role - it's an opportunity to make a real impact, both locally and on the global stage.- As the HR Manager (80%) and HR Business Partner (20%), you will be the HR expert for our local site, ensuring our HR tasks run smoothly while also driving global HR processes across our organization. From talent acquisition and employee relations to performance management and global HR projects, no two days will be the same in this dynamic role.- You will be based in Kemptthal, Switzerland and reporting to the HR Director ZH.**You will**:

- Build a strong relationship with line managers and employees and act as a trusted advisor.
- Coach and train them on HR processes and programs
- Manage local recurring HR activities (from onboarding to offboarding) and global HR processes like yearly performance reviews, annual salary reviews and Talent & Succession Planning
- Support organizational changes (design, change management, facilitation, team building) and implement global HR-related initiatives accordingly
- Provide individual development advises
- Counsel managers and employees on HR matters, including performance related topics
- Contribute ideas and solutions to the local HR team and act as a team player by closely collaborating with all internal HR stakeholders (HR Coordinators, HR Managers, HRBPs, HR Service Center) as well as business partners
- Participation in various projects led locally or globally

**You?**
- Degree in Human Resources,
- 5-7 years of relevant experience as an HR Manager in an international environment, with a passion for driving HR excellence
- Fluent in German and English.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills,
- Ability to work proactively in a matrix organization
- Highly committed personality and even a good sense of humor
