**Your mission**:

- Drive our global portfolio strategy (B2C & B2B) across all existing and new markets.
- Shape the plant-based category together with our partners based on market insights, our vision and a deep understanding of our consumer's future needs.
- Identify future pockets of growth and lead end-to-end the product development process from concept definition and market validation to shelf ready.
- Leading geographical & channel expansion initiatives defining market entry strategy, portfolio mix, 3Y Innovation rollout plan, sell-in story.
- Lead X- functional product development team to bring new product innovation to the European markets.
- Define learning plans for future innovation and validate concepts/prototypes in collaboration with R&D.
- Monitor trends, conduct portfolio and competition analysis.

**You**:

- Have a strong commercial acumen and previous work experience in Global/regional roles on Marketing/Product Development and/or Consumer Insights.
- Are comfortable working with market data (Panel, Nielsen) quantitative & qualitative research insights.
- Have previous experience on translating consumer insight into a brand strategy or product.
- Have strong communication skills, and able to establish, nurture and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Are able to lead and influence cross-functional teams and deliver robust data-driven strategic recommendations.
- Have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, willing to go out of your comfort zone and make your hands dirty.
- FMCG experience is highly desired.
- Team player and responsibility-taker with a high level of independency.
- Have a valid work permit for Switzerland.
- Are fluent in English (any other languages are a plus).
