After years of research, Planted was founded in July 2019 as a spin-off from ETH Zurich. Our revolutionary plan will make the world a better place. Planted is more than a delicious product - it's also an attitude. We want to radically change the way meat is perceived and consumed and inspire a shift from eating animal proteins to eating plant proteins.

As our Global Social Media & Community Manager you bring our global social media accounts to new heights including followership, brand reputation, engagement as well as conversion.

**Your mission**:

- You drive the global social media strategy (InstagraM/Facebook / TikTok / YouTube / Pinterest) aligned with overarching company and marketing goals.
- You publish and share engaging content daily and monitor, grow, and respond to channel communications and queries of our communities on different social media channels.
- You generate content in cooperation with Creative and Content Team as well as other Planted circles (e.g. Employer Branding) within the framework of the social media strategy.
- You collaborate closely with local influencers & community managers in markets to bring local content to global social media accounts and support the planning and implementation of digital B2B and B2C cooperations.
- You conduct analysis and reporting of social media KPIs including competitor analysis to provide insightful reports marking successes, opportunities and decision-making guidance.
- You perform research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the markets and share findings and improvements.
- Your recruit and lead future global social media managers and the community team.

**You**:

- are a self-driven person with 5+years of in-depth hands-on experience in the field of global social media and community management.
- have previous experience in working with high-impact brands.
- have very strong written and oral communications skills with a good visual eye as well as profound analytical skills and the ability to clearly communicate consistent messages and brand images across all channels and touchpoints.
- are fluent in German and English (French and Italian a plus)
- have skills in managing and inspiring people, projects and financial resources
- have a willingness to travel to our local markets within Europe.
