Haelixa is a multi-award-winning, fast-paced ETH spin-off providing DNA-based solutions for reliable
traceability of products and raw materials across their supply chains. By fostering the development
and market deployment of next-generation DNA markers, we contribute to greater supply chain
transparency and sustainability. We are currently looking for a new team member to join us on our
journey
As Haelixa's Marketing Director you will be part of the Swiss team based in Kemptthal, work in
close cooperation with our Communication Manager and report to the CEO. You will set and
implement the strategy to generate leads in the têxtile industry, target fashion brands, and
têxtile manufacturers, and generate brand awareness.

**Schedule**: April or other mutually agreed date.

**Location**: Kemptthal, Switzerland

**Responsibilities**:

- Build strategies and tactics to spread the word about Haelixa and generate leads to ensure the

achievement of the company’s sales targets
- Plan and attend events (including speaker opportunities, booth or other presence)
- Identify and execute promotions to increase visibility and generate leads - advertorials, webinars etc.
- Nourish hot leads
- Develop promotion material for events and for partners/clients to support them and ensure long-term

relationships and success
- Manage/oversee the content creation for our company’s social media accounts, press releases,

newsletter, case studies etc.
- Ensure that the company’s marketing material is up to date, efficiently delivering the message and

consistent from a stylistic perspective
- Measure and report performance of company website, social media, newsletter, and other channels
- Build strategic relationships with media industry players (e.g. publishers, online media)
- Help improve our website user experience to increase the leads generated through digital and PR
- Act, learn, grow and have fun

**Requirements**:

- Background in marketing, communication, business administration or economics
- +4-5 years of B2Bmarketing experience
- Textile/fashion industry experience is a plus
- Sales experience is a plus
- Passionate about working in a dynamic start-up environment
- Able to grasp technical concepts and benefits of our solution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in German
- Familiarity with mainstream social/video media platforms
- Creative self-starter who is willing to take initiative and work in collaboration
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to last-minute changes and quick project turnaround
- We value a good sense of humor
