We are looking for an Executive Assistant (M/F/d) who enjoys thinking ahead and finding solutions to potential issues even before the people you support realize there may be a problem. You will primarily support the Head of Global Operations Taste & Wellbeing. In addition you will support his Global Operations Team, currently six team members, in their daily business.

You will be based in our new Business Center in Kemptthal and report directly to the Head of Global Operations Taste and Wellbeing.

**You will**:
Manage the agenda of all seven Global Operations functions
Organize meetings globally, clarify travel and visa requirements
Manage complex schedules across different time zones
Receive and host internal and external visitors
Manage administrative processes and suggest and make improvements
Prepare expense reports and manage invoices and purchasing requests
Manage Vacation/ Absence
Develop relationships with main internal/external stakeholders
Manage smaller projects in the area of Operations

**You have**:
A recognized qualification, diploma level or higher, in the field of commerce or as an Executive assistant
At least 5 years of experience as Executive Assistant in an international matrix organization
Business fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
Excellent customer focus and priority setting skills
Willing to go the extra mile
