**Sales Manager Switzerland - ERP Odoo (M/F/d)**
Our Business Solutions team is looking for an **experienced Sales Manager for Switzerland**.

We have great expertise in the areas of Enterprise Resource Planning software (ERP) with Odoo, IT management systems and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

The Business Solutions team is composed of business experts in the main functional areas as well as competent developers who are involved in the community. Our ERP is called Odoo. Since 2006, Camptocamp is the first official "Gold" Odoo partner and is strongly involved in the Odoo community, especially through the Odoo Community Association (OCA) of which Camptocamp is a founding and very active member.

Your day as a Sales Manager for Switzerland*
Do you have a passion for sales, technology and the ERP world? This position combines it all and offers a variety of responsibilities and tasks. You will be the main actor of our sales process and you will work in close collaboration with our project teams.
- You are responsible for converting client inquiries into an actual project.
- You analyze and understand the client's needs, activities and challenges.
- You present the value of the solution to clients through demos or proof of concepts.
- You will run presentations and make sure that the right colleagues are on stage with you to win the deal.
- You will be a brand ambassador at trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.

**Your profile**
Your essential skills to succeed in this role
- You have a Bachelor/Master degree in IT or Business administration or a degree deemed equivalent.
- Your consulting and business process know-how makes you a great contact for our customers.
- You can put yourself into people’s shoes and understand their perspective.
- You are able to convince by being authentic and honest.
- You are a master storyteller and communicator, able to build relationships and are confident presenting and negotiating.
- You have a strong solution-oriented mindset.
- You are used to communicate in English

The icing on the cake
If you are comfortable with these points, it’s a plus:

- You have professional experience in sales, account management or similar positions.
- You have experience in integrating IT software or even better: management systems.
- You love to learn and seek challenges.
- You have a good level of German.
