We are a team of 25 enthusiastic and talented people from different nationalities working together on the next generation of car ownership. As a user-first company, our office in Zürich, Switzerland, is always buzzing with discussions about what’s best for our customers, experiments we could run, and how to measure their impact.
We are looking for a passionate and talented Customer Success intern to help us deliver the best customer experience.
About You
As a Customer Success Intern, you will help the customer success team provide the best in class customer experience. You are the front line contact for our customers accessing their All-in-one services. Proactively reach out to customers to make sure they have a safe and enjoyable drive. Bring up ideas to improve processes and help your team become more efficient.
Tasks
- Provide support to Gowago customers. You’ll be an expert about gowago services and help customers access them efficiently.
- Keep track of open tickets and make sure they are taken care of in a timely manner.
- Organise service and tyre appointments for customers at partner garages.
- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience.
- Process insurance & warranty claims with our partners.
- Proactively reach customer
- Help your team with client retention goals and promote the value of the gowago services.
**Requirements**:
The Must-Haves
- A great problem solver who understands people and their situations.
- You are an open, transparent and trustworthy person. You have a communicative personality.
- Great prioritisation and organisational skills
- Full proficiency in English & German (ideally Swiss German). French is a strong plus.
The Nice-to-Haves
- Customer success or support experience
- Experience working with a CRM (Ideally Hubspot)
