**About Sales Manager Switzerland**

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing the market presence, driving sales, and building strong relationships with customers and key opinion leaders. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual with a proven track record in sales and a passion for introducing cutting-edge medical technology to the market.

**Tasks**
- Achieve the sales targets defined by the company.
- Identify and target potential customers, including hospitals, clinics, and key opinion leaders.
- Lead the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Inform about relevant changes in the sales territory that might have an impact on future sales.
- Build and maintain long-term, trustful relationships with customers.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Attend relevant industry conferences, congresses, and events to promote the Dexter Robot and establish the company's presence in the market.
- Cooperation with distributors and industry partners to develop relationships and business results.
- Maintain and update the company CRM system for the respective Territory
- Work in and ethical and compliant manner at all times.
- Cost budget in line with overall Company target.
- Conduct demonstrations and presentations of the Dexter Robot, showcasing its capabilities and benefits to physicians and operating room personnel.

**Required abilities**
- Proven track record of success in medical device sales, preferably in capital equipment.
- Good knowledge of the healthcare market and experience working with hospitals and surgical teams.
- Good network in German part of Switzerland preferred.
- Understanding and skilled at managing a multi-stakeholder Business-to-Business sale.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills and public speaking capability which lend themselves to successful demonstrations and explanations of our technology.
- Flexible and open-minded approach to your business to constantly adapt to new challenges and find ways around obstacles.
- A good understanding of tender based purchasing.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to quickly understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of the Dexter Robot.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Good analytical and planning skills that enable your ability to effectively and efficiently identify new sales opportunities and bring to close as rapidly as possible.
- Proficient skills in English and German (Swiss German ideally). French is a plus.
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory and internationally.
